Kevin was fantastic! He helped us purchase our first home as the agent for our builder. With a baby on the way, we found a new construction home at Timber Banks that was about 70% finished and instantly knew it was the one. Kevin was straightforward, easy to work with, and made the process stress-free in a crazy market. He helped us choose finishes, accompanied us to stores, and offered great advice without rushing us. Even after closing, Kevin remains available and supportive. We love our home and would definitely work with him again. Highly recommend!

Kevin goes above and beyond to make sure you find the PERFECT home! 3 We began looking for a home when the inventory was low and interest rates were spiking. While our timing was less than ideal, Kevin was always very responsive and so patient! Since there wasn't much on the market, we asked Kevin to show us EVERYTHING that came up and he did! He didnt push us to make a decision and always made sure our questions were answered. He is knowledgeable about the realities of potential costs of making updates and repairs. He wasn't just in it for the sale, he wanted to make sure we purchased a home we would love, and we finally did!
